Trade

In 1993, the Group successfully facilitated a trade mission tou r of Pennsylvania business to several cities including Tianjin , Beijing , Shanghai and Guangzhou in china led by the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce. In 1995, the principals were pointed by the Mayor Ed Rendell to be Philadelphia 's International Ambassadors to China . Today. The Group is specifically focused on several joint venture projects and is renewing its efforts to act as a bridge between U. S. and Chinese businesses.

Leagal Servies

Legal representation is provided to clients with immigration law services and immigration law problems, as well as general civil and legal practice matters. Additionally, international law expertise is available, particularly regarding commercial disputes.

TV Programming Production

A non-profit culturally centered TV programming production company called Sino-America Television is currently being developed. With completion scheduled for next year, this project will utilize WYBE channel 35 to provide special cultural and news programs to the Chinese community in the tri-state areas, The programming will include matters of local interests, news, events and special programs from China.

Through Channel 35's broadcasting network, Sino-America Television's programs will pay over the air and over 12 local cable systems, serving an audience of over four million households in the tri-state areas( Southern Pennsylvania , Southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware ).

China Trade Center of Philadelphia

This center is a non-profit organization and jointly works with the Philadelphia Department of Commerce to promote development opportunities between businesses and organizations in Philadelphia and China through facilitating trade missions, developing and sponsoring exchange programs and assisting business transactions.

Keke Wang, President of Asia America Group.

He has a BA in Foreign Language Department from Guangxi Normal University , Guilin , Guangxi, the People's Republic of China and a M.P.S. from the New School for Social Research, New York City .

Mr. Wang is on the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Commercial Development Corporation, Asia Bank Advisory Board Member, on the Board of Advisors of Philadelphia District Attorney's Commission on Asian Affairs, Deputy Executive Director of Asian Federation of Pennsylvania and Vice President and the founder of the Greater Philadelphia United Chinese-American Chamber of Commerce.

Kirk V. Wiedemer, Esq., Vice President and General Counsel.

He was Chief Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office and Chief Special Investigations Unit of Philadelphia District Attorneys Office. He also has extensive civil experience.

Mr. Wiedemer is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School , Boston , Massachusetts and has a BA from ST. John Fisher College . Rochester , N.Y. . He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania , Massachusetts and in the Eastern and Middle District Courts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
