Membership, Benefits and Fee Schedule

1. Membership:

All people who are doing businesses with China or associating with China are encouraged to join the Trade Center to become a member. Businesses, organizations and institutions are vital to the development of the Trade Center. Application of membership is guaranteed to be processed in an effective and timely fashion.

2. Membership benefits:

Members of the Trade Center benefit in following areas:
• Reduced rate for the participation of trade missions, business events and other activities;
• Reduced admission fees to all programs, trade shows and seminars;
• Post of profile, activities and products to the bilingual website or to be promoted by the website through web pages
• Access to our pool of bilingual staff members and share of professional expertise;
• Monthly newsletter with updated economic, political, social and cultural information;
• Assistance with cultural and customary aspects of doing business between America and China;
• Sponsorship opportunities, facilitation and arrangement of expos, trade shows and exhibitions;
• Opportunities to develop contacts and relationships with officials, business executives, and other art and cultural personnel;
• Opportunities for exchanges with cultural/educational institutions and cooperation with business development organizations/associations

All members gain as much as first-hand information about economic, political, financial and management practices and policies of the both countries through website, newsletter and lectures and symposia featuring business leaders, government officials and scholars. Social events held by the Trade Center offer members opportunities to build closer relationships and to communicate and cooperate with each other. With up-to-date information and these personal relationships, members can successfully consummate business transactions. More importantly, members become involved in the network of people interested in U.S.-China relations and to share information and develop business opportunities.

3. Annual membership fee:

• Corporation (21 or more staff): $1,500
• Company (10-20 staff): $500
• Business (0-9 staff): $250
• Government Agency/Office: $250
• Organization/Association: $250
• Individual: $150
• Student: $25
